The Quality Policy of Hidro Orfão – Hydraulic Solutions Lda. is based on its Vision, Mission, and Values. It is guided by the satisfaction of the expectations of its customers, suppliers, and employees, with the goal of being recognized by them as the market Reference.

At Hidro Orfão, the pursuit of this Policy is based on the following principles:

Commit to Quality by creating and maintaining a Quality Management System that ensures compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and that allows for the systematization of a set of simple and effective rules, easily achievable by all employees;

Promote the well-being of its employees and their personal and professional development, providing them with the training and resources necessary for the proper execution of their tasks;

Strengthen relationships with its customers and suppliers to better understand and meet their current and future needs and expectations, ensuring their full satisfaction and the fulfillment of established commitments and agreements;

Fully comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and observe general Occupational Health and Safety requirements;

Promote environmental awareness among all employees and partners;
